Product Description

The tent is a 2-pole rectangular dome tent that will provide comfortable shelter 4 seasons out of the year no matter where you go. Weather it's a trip to the backcountry or to the campground, Eureka's StormShield technology combines moisture repelling materials with a tough reinforced construction that resists wear and tear. Extra weatherproof design features a bathtub floor that wraps up the sides of the tent, keeping seams high above the ground and water outside. Two vents and large areas of mesh in side walls enhance air circulation for added comfort. One interior storage pockets are attached to keep your essential items handy. Another feature of the tent is quick set-up. The frame is made of durable shockcorded fiberglass poles that fit into color coded webbing with ring and pin attachments. Nothing better than a quick and easy set-up for a very comfortable tent.

This is a great tent, not only for backpacking, but also for emergency use. After receipt, one can quickly see the high level of craftmanship. You can buy small tents for less money, but none with this level of quality and craftmanship. Got back from a two week fly in fishing trip to the wilderness in northern Quebec.I have an older Mountain Hardware Skyview which has made 15 trips. I looked at thisEV3 and I can tell it is a very high quality product. It seems too many of the newer tentshave screens that cannot be closed up. Where we go it often gets down into the 20's at night and its niceto be able to zip up all of the vents. When it warms the next morning you can zip open vents and sleep in without beingin a sauna.I cannot review it from use yet but it will definitely be my next wilderness tent.

Excellent Tent

First used this tent on Everest. It takes only a few minutes to put up and vents well. Reinforced so that heavy winds can't touch it, windows to see out of it as well. I don't think you can beat it for comfort on the mountain.

Great Tent!

The Lightpath 3 is a great tent. I've used it several times. For the price, it's light and compact, great for camping and backpacking. It isn't free standing though, so be aware: the tent must be staked to the ground before it can be used (that's how two poles are used instead of three, reducing weight). Even with that minor nuisance, it's perfect for two adults and maybe a dog or child. Three adults would be cramped.

Product Description

The Nemo Alti Storm Tent is a suped-up descendant of the Losi model, but with a burlier frame & a more enclosed canopy. The ridge poles continue to the ground, buttressing the tent against high winds, while the inner tent canopy is breathable ripstop for blocking out driven wind, sand, and snow. The fly is full coverage with expansive vestibules and deployable vents. Every exterior anchor, guyout, and zipper pull is reflective for easy spotting with your headlamp and Light Pockets built into the tent provide an easy way to illuminate the interior.

well designed and solid tent

This tent is very well made. It all comes together to form a solid, stable structure. It just feels stable. The seams and the way it all fits together is better than most of the tents that I have used or owned. Its a little heavy but thats the trade for strength. Three adults can comfortable sleep inside. This is a true three person tent.

Awesome tent is awesome.

I lived in this tent for 2 months in outer Mongolia. It went through severe winds, storms, snow, you name it. Out of the 20some total tents of the other participants of the expedition, mine was one of the few that did not have any issues what-so-ever. (we would take bets on whose tent was going to collapse first as storms came... mine always won!)Once, during particularly strong winds, one of the poles twisted a little making it look awkward, but even then, no actual damage was done, I just had to twist it back to place.It was roomy and comfortable, and so durable during the most extreme of weather. Also, the two doors, one on each side make it a lot more comfortable if more than one person is staying in, and the gigantic window in the middle is absolutely glorious on a starry night.It may be a bit on the heavy side for backpacking, but otherwise I highly recommend this tent. The only thing I would change about it is making the door mosquito nets cover the whole thing, rather than just a corner, to allow for increased wind flow if wanted.

Can't beat it for the price

This tent is huge! It says 3 person, but you can easily fit 4 adults in it without much problem. It also rolls up nicely and fits perfectly in the strapping of a military pack on the bottom and stays secure if you lash it properly!

This is an outstanding buy for the quality and size. Don't settle for the cheaper barey 2 man version. This is a great camping tent and for a emergency prepper tent to have in your trunk with your bugout bad stuff.
